We started with the iconic VW camper van layout and improved everything about it. We love our carefree memories of the 70’s and 80’s, but let's face it, that was a long time ago.
Our ENVY features a smart charging Lithium-Ion battery system that powers a compressor-based DC fridge, DC hot water system, and more, all controlled with a simple touchscreen and Bluetooth monitor. This is just the start, pretty much everything down to custom material lay-ups used in our wall insulation has been considered, improved and optimized for maximum enjoyment.
Our Weekender Model
A Minimalist’s Camper with Maximum possibilities
The Weekender takes its name from some of the earliest campers designed. It provides a perfect weekend getaway with just the essentials while leaving ample open interior space for larger toys like bikes, surfboards, and skis. Our Weekender model has the same low profile aerodynamic roomy poptop, rear convertible seat/bed system, spacious under seat drawers, rear box and interior/exterior table as our iconic ENVY model.
The Recon Campers ™ Weekender leaves a semi-blank slate for custom storage solutions. It is wide open between the sliding doors leaving room a portable fridge, portable toilet, one bikes, surfboards, large luggage, backpacks, duffel bags, cooler, etc.
This camper offers maximum flexibility for a comfortable escape to the great outdoors.
